Meghan Markle and Prince Harry seem to be taking their relationship to the next level after confirming their relationship back in November. However, it is believed that Meghan is now having second thoughts about marrying him.
According to Radar Online, the "Suits" actress is "incredibly torn" between wanting to marry Harry or continuing her acting career. Actors/producers Tyler Perry and Lee Daniels are said to be offering Meghan leading lady roles that will boost her career and make her an A-list superstar.
"Meghan knows there's no going back once the engagement's announced, so to have these incredible scripts land on her plate has really upset the apple cart," an insider says. "She's worked for all her life trying to succeed as an actress and getting these plum roles offered to her has unsettled things."
The insider shares that Meghan is afraid she will not be able to work the way she used to once she becomes a part of the royal family. "Meghan's very intimidated by Harry's world and the responsibility she'll have," the insider adds. "She knows this is her last chance to finally commit to a life path and she's incredibly torn."
It was previously reported that the couple had set a wedding date. A source revealed that they "want to get married in the spring of 2018" in either Westminster Abbey or St. Paul's Cathedral. The wedding would be "quite the event" as it would be watched "by two billion people on TV." They were later said to be house-hunting in Norfolk since Harry "wants a relaxed country pad he can retreat to at weekends to join his wife and kids, entertain his mates and live a normal life."
