The 'Chained to the Rhythm' hitmaker, who already tweeted her prayers for the victims, got emotional as she remembered them again at her show in London.

AceShowbiz - Katy Perry stopped her London show for a moment to pay tribute to Manchester terror attack victims on Thursday night, May 25. At the intimate gig in London's Water Rats club, the songstress paused to gather her thoughts about the tragedy in front of less than 90 people.
"Music is so powerful. This week has been really hard. It sucked," she said, trying her best to hold back tears. "It was hard for you guys, I know that, [and] it was hard for me because we all love music. We're all listening to the same music. Think about it and it's like, 'That's my friend, that's my sister, that's my brother, that's my cousin, that's the person who loves music.' It's awful. It's awful."
She continued, "And whatever you can do to help, you should. If you can't do anything, that's fine. But what you should do is not let them win... they can never take that part away from us ever, ever." Her powerful words received cheers from the audiences, before she proceeded to lead a moment of silence.

Although the music industry is mourning because of the bombing which killed 22 people and injured more than 50 others, some musicians are standing firm without fear. Besides Katy Perry, other artists who show their stance against terrorists are Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey and Backstreet Boys. They will not cancel their shows in Las Vegas following the attack in Manchester despite ISIS threat.
