Kanye West seemingly has still not fully recovered from his mental breakdown, a new report suggests. The 39-year-old rapper is said wearing a bulletproof vest every time he leaves his home as he's afraid of being assassinated.
National Enquirer is the first to claim that Kanye is "so paranoid he is going to be assassinated, he's made a bulletproof vest part of his everyday attire." Citing a source, the news outlet alleges, "He's under the delusion that he's a target."
The alleged source adds that the troubled rapper "wears a bulletproof vest underneath his clothes whenever he leaves the house... even when it's just out for dinner." The insider claims the husband of Kim Kardashian "has nightmares of being hit by bullets."
It's true that Kanye had his daughter North wearing a bulletproof vest for his Adidas collection show at New York Fashion Week back in February 2015. But Kanye himself doesn't wear protective gear wherever he's outside his home. A rep for the "Famous" rapper has debunked the report by telling Gossip Cop that it's "untrue."
