Paramount Pictures unveils a new trailer for "Transformers: The Last Knight". In the new trailer, Sir Edmund Burton, played by Anthony Hopkins, reveals the "secret history of Transformers."

"It started as a legend, one of the greatest of all. A thousand years we kept it hidden from what was destined to arrive," Edmund says in the video, which goes back to medieval times when chivalrous Transformers were fighting alongside knights of a round table.

Optimus Prime, who takes a dark turn in the film, is seen being chained in an outer space ship and faced with a floating Transformer, whom he calls "my maker." The floating Transformer tells Optimus, "You destroyed your home. Do you seek redemption?"

Optimus later says, "For my world to live, yours must die."

"Transformers: The Last Knight", starring Mark Wahlberg, Laura Haddock, Isabella Moner, Stanley Tucci, and John Turturro, is set to hit U.S. theaters on June 23.
