While Big Sean is ready to release his new album "I Decided" on February 3, the Detroit rapper dropped by "Saturday Night Live" to perform a pair of tracks off his highly anticipated album. After being introduced by host Aziz Ansari, Sean kicked off his performances by playing a stripped down version of "Bounce Back".

Donning a jacket and a pair of jeans, Sean performed on a smoky-filled stage while surrounded by LED screens displaying red and blue hues. He was moving back and forth as he rapped the lyrics of the Metro Boomin-produced track.

For his second performance, Sean debuted a new song "Sunday Morning Jetpack" off his upcoming album. Accompanied by violin, the 28-year-old rapper recounted tender memories of his childhood as he rapped, "Thank you God for all my setbacks/ 'Cause he the reason I'm able to give back/ This feels like my Sunday morning jetpack/ Feel like I sent the prayers up and got blessed back."

A couple days ago, Sean appeared on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon", where he revealed the concept behind the album. "The story of the album is: imagine you went through life and you made all the wrong decisions your whole life," he explained. "You get to the end of your life and your at a moment where it's like, 'God, I did everything wrong. I didn't work it out with the love of my life. I messed it up with my parents. I'm not doing the job I was sent here to do on Earth.' "

Sean will embark on "I Decided. Tour" in March. The 21-date trek kicks off on March 17 at the Revention Music Center in Houston and ends on April 20 at Fillmore Miami Beach at The Jackie Gleason Theater in Miami. Sean will be joined by "Uber Everywhere" rapper MadeInTYO, who serves as an opening act.
