Cait's relationships with Rob and his partner Blac Chyna are reportedly why she hasn't met the latest Kardashian girl or posted anything about her on social media.

AceShowbiz - Not every family member has met the latest addition to the Kardashian-Jenner clan. A few days after Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna welcomed their daughter Dream Kardashian, Radar Online reports that former patriarch Caitlyn Jenner is the only one who hasn't got a chance to see the little girl.
The site claims that Cait's relationships with Rob and Chyna may be the reason why. "Catilyn and Rob are not as close as they used to be when Caitlyn was Bruce, by any means," a Kardashian insider says.
However, the source denies that the 67-year-old former Olympian is feuding with Rob or the other Kardashians, saying that she and the Kardashian kids remain amicable. "Rob and Caitlyn do not have any bad blood with each other. It's not like that at all," the source shares.
Radar Online goes on noting that Caitlyn hasn't even posted anything about Dream's birth on social media. The same source suggests that Rob's partner Chyna has anything to do with Cait's silence, explaining, "Caitlyn has had to come to Kylie's defense many times in the past when Kylie felt like she was being bullied by Blac Chyna. Both Blac and Caitlyn know this."
Though she feels like she's not a part of the Kardashians and technically not Dream's grandmother, Caitlyn still hopes to meet Rob and Chyna's daughter one day. "Of course, Caitlyn has sent Rob and Blac a baby gift," the insider says. "But Caitlyn just seems to feel that the best time for the meeting isn't now. She says she wants to wait, at least, until the new family is all settled in."
