One of Taylor Swift's biggest nightmares has come true. A judge recently ruled in the singer's favor to keep a photo of a radio DJ allegedly groping her sealed until the case goes to trial, but someone has apparently leaked the said picture.

RadarOnline.com claims to have seen the image that shows DJ David "Jackson" Mueller's hand on the "Shake It Off" hitmaker's butt during a meet-and-greet photo op at her June 2013 concert. The 26-year-old pop star reportedly appeared to be unfazed by the alleged groping.

Taylor said in legal documents that the photo was "extremely personal and sensitive." She argued that "the interest in a fair and impartial trial outweigh any public interest in access to the documents identified above" and that the pic would "be shared for scandalous and prurient interests."

The judge agreed with her and sealed the photo. Taylor also asked to restrict access to other evidence, but the judge denied the request, reasoning that the other stuff is "entirely ordinary and mundane."

In her July 26 deposition, the Grammy Award-winning artist detailed the incident, "Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there. It was completely intentional, I've never been so sure of anything in my life."

She added that the groping left her feeling "frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before."
