"War for the Planet of the Apes" has released a first teaser. Featuring a sorrowful Caesar against a chilly backdrop, the teaser was first premiered at the New York Comic-Con before it went viral. "You must go before the fighting begins. I am sorry. War has begun," the Ape leader said.

Caesar's warning in the teaser sounded quite similar to what he said at the end of the second movie "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" when he said goodbye to his human pal Malcolm (Jason Clarke) following the frictions between the human and the ape in the ruined city of San Francisco.

Andy Serkis returns to do a motion-capture performance for Caesar and lends his voice to the character. Woody Harrelson is one of the new additions to the third installment which is slated Stateside on July 14, 2017. He is set to play a human role.
