Ryan Cabrera addresses dating life after he and Avril Lavigne refueled dating rumors with photos from their romantic date. Prior to his concert in Coney Island on Wednesday, August 17, Ryan told Page Six, "I see lots of people!"
"Not in that way," the "On the Way Down" hitmaker, who was incidentally wearing a tank from Avril's clothing line, added, "I don't mean like I see lots of people like that. It was a joke. Nowadays I tend to keep all love life stuff just completely separate just because you know how it is. You try to keep it private as much as you can."
On the previous day, Ryan and Avril were photographed on a romantic dinner date at STK Midtown in New York City. The rumored couple was seen sipping rose and chowing down on filet and foie gras, according to TMZ. Witnesses said they were "cozy, cuddly and even kissed a few times."
Ryan moved in to Avril's home after her estranged husband Chad Kroeger left the place in September 2015. They sparked dating rumors after being spotted together several times. However, Ryan later denied they were in a relationship, tweeting that they're just "roommates."
