Oliver Queen may have bled and got bruised in his attempts to protect people around and the city, but Stephen Amell is not used to it. The actor, however, is now nursing a bleeding nose after he's injured during the filming of "Arrow" season 5.

The Canadian hunk just took to Twitter to reveal the injury. He posted on early Friday, August 12 a picture of his face, giving a close look at a cut on his nose which appeared to be broken. "Worth it. Episode 96," he captioned it.

He apparently suffered the injury after accidentally getting kicked in the face as he wrote in another post, "There's no good way to get kicked in the face."

"Arrow" season 5 kicks off Wednesday, October 5 at 8/7c on The CW. The show recently cast action movie vet Dolph Lundgren to play Kovar, a villain with a tie to Oliver Queen's past in Russia. "In our flashbacks in Russia - we're set in Russia this season - we are going to be bringing in Dolph Lundgren as one of our big bads," said executive producer Wendy Mericle.

Mericle further teased, "We are going to bring him in and he's going to be this super big badass guy who works for the Russian government, and is not a friend of Oliver or the Bratva. It's part of Oliver's promise to Taiana at the end of season 4 and it's going to be interesting because it's going to get complicated and very messed up very fast."
