The 26-year-old Sports Illustrated swimsuit beauty walked down the aisle in a custom-made Vera Wang gown while the 42-year-old former New York Yankees captain looked sharp in his tailored suit. The couple tied the knot the after four years of dating. They got engaged in October 2015.
