AceShowbiz - Moviegoers have to wait longer to watch "The Lego Movie Sequel". The follow-up to 2014's blockbuster "The Lego Movie" has been pushed back again to February 8, 2019. The movie was first slated for a 2017 release before then moved to May 18, 2018.
While waiting for the release of "The Lego Movie Sequel", fans can enjoy two other movies from the franchise, "Ninjago" which is due out September 23 this year and "The Lego Batman Movie" which is set to bow February 10, 2017 in U.S. theaters.
Warner Bros. Pictures has also set a new date for %cGerard Butler%'s "Geostorm". Initially scheduled for March 25, 2016 release before being pushed back to October 21, 2016 and then to January 13, 2017, the sci-fi adventure flick which marks Dean Devlin's directorial debut is now slated to hit theaters across the nation on October 20, 2017.
%cBen Affleck%'s "Live by Night" which is adapted from Dennis Lehane's novel will arrive earlier than expected, taking the old slot of "Geostorm" on January 13, 2017. Meanwhile, comedy "Bastards" starring %cEd Helms% and %cOwen Wilson% is bumped back by several months from November 4, 2016 to January 27, 2017.
