The 28-year-old actress took to Twitter to address her sexuality, saying that she's actually a bisexual.

AceShowbiz - "Matilda" star %cMara Wilson% took to Twitter to open up about her sexuality. Following the Orlando mass shooting, the 28-year-old actress came out as bisexual on the micro blogging site, posting a series of tweets including the one stating that the LGBT community has "always felt like home" to her.

She uploaded an old photo of herself inside a gay nightclub when she was 18 years old. She captioned the photo, "Me at a gay club when I was eighteen. I feel embarrassed looking at it now...Being a 'straight girl' where I clearly didn't belong, but I will say, I felt so welcomed there."

She then said that she felt not only accepted but also welcomed by the LGBT community. "I have never had a better experience at a club than I did then. Great music and people. And one of my friends met his partner that night!" she shared. "I haven't been to one since college, except once when a friend brought me along. I didn't feel like I belonged there. But the LGBTQ community has always felt like home, especially a few yeas later when, I, uh, learned something about myself. So thank you."

The "Mrs. Doubtfire" star later admitted that she's a "2" on the Kinsey Scale, which means she is someone who is "predominantly heterosexual, but more than incidentally homosexual." She wrote, "Let me put it this way: I'm a 2. I know a lot of people don't like the Kinsey scale, and that is fine by me. But I'm pragmatic at heart and find comfort in numbers."

However, she stressed that she's not interested in doing any interviews about her sexuality anytime soon. "ANYWAY I have no interest in doing interviews about this at the moment, at least not with people I don't know personally. If I am going to talk about this right now, it will be my own words. My own writing. Please respect that," she said.

"I think I'm going to stay off Twitter for a few days. I had no idea this would be such a thing, but I guess it's flattering," she added. "Thank you so much to everybody who has sent me words of support. I support you all, too."
