Miller has joined the cast of Steven Spielberg's movie as iR0-k, who is described as an annoying online troller.

T.J. Miller, who is well known for his incredible comedic talent, is joining the cast for "Ready Player One". He is set to play iR0-k, an online troller in the upcoming adaptation of sci-fi novel by Ernest Cline.
Miller joins Tye Sheridan, Olivia Cooke, Ben Mendelsohn, Simon Pegg and Mark Rylance in the cast. The Hollywood Reporter was the first to report Miller's casting. The 34-year-old actor was last seen in the big screen as Jack Hammer / Weasel in "Deadpool" and is currently a series regular on HBO's comedy "Silicon Valley".
"Ready Player One" is set in the year 2044 where reality is an ugly place. The only time Wade Watts (Sheridan) feels alive is when he is in the OASIS. When the founder of the OASIS dies, the treasure hunting begins as he offers his vast fortune as the prize for controlling the virtual world. Watts is being targeted by his foes, including the annoying iR0-k (Miller).
The film is being produced by Spielberg along with Donald De Line, Kristie Macosko Krieger and Dan Farah under Amblin Partners banner. The production will begin this spring with Spielberg also on board as director.
