Nicole Kidman has gotten her breast implants removed as a part of a new health regimen, Radar Online reports. A source tells the site that the "Before I Go to Sleep" actress "doesn't want anything that could be toxic inside her body."
According to the site, while Nicole may feel better about her health, she might be worrying that her husband Keith Urban will seek those curves elsewhere, just like in his fellow "American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez.
The insider claims that J.Lo is "a feast for Keith's eyes," adding, "Keith is suddenly taking an interest in J.Lo again. And she is lapping up the attention. It could spell disaster for Nic and Keith's marriage!"
Nicole wowed the world in 2014 when she proudly showed off bigger boobs that some doctors believed to be the result of surgery. The source shares, "She was so proud of them at the time ... and loved to show off her figure in sexy dresses. But Nic decided to reverse the procedure late last year."
Nicole's representative hasn't commented on the report yet.
