The Countess depicter looks genuinely shocked as she accepts the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a TV Movie or Miniseries.

AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa has won her first Golden Globe Award. The singer/actress was named Best Actress in a TV Movie or Miniseries at the ceremony taking place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles on Sunday, January 10, thanks to her performance as the Countess on "American Horror Story: Hotel".

Looking shocked, she said onstage, "I feel like Cher in that John Patrick Shanley film 'Moonstruck' right now. This is one of the greatest moments in my life." She added, "Thank you you to my wonderful cast, I love you so much, you guys are my family. I wanted to be an actress before I wanted to be a singer, but music worked out first."

GaGa beat out Kirsten Dunst ("Fargo"), Sarah Hay ("Flesh and Bone"), Felicity Huffman ("American Crime") and Queen Latifah ("Bessie") for the trophy.

Also at the ceremony, Gael Garcia Bernal was dubbed Best Actor in a TV Series - Comedy or Musical for his role in "Mozart in the Jungle". He edged out Aziz Ansari (Master of None"), Rob Lowe (The Grinder"), Patrick Stewart (Blunt Talk") and Jeffrey Tambor (Transparent") to win the award.

More winners, including Best TV Series - Drama and Best Actress in a TV Series - Drama, will be announced soon.
