A publicist for the singer said Liziane Gutierrez was thrown out of Brown's party and had a meltdown before making the accusations.

AceShowbiz - Chris Brown is done playing the nice guy. The R&B singer is suing Liziane Gutierrez, the woman who brought his name into the bad spotlight once again with the allegations that he took her cell phone and punched her in the eye.
"Keeping my circle small in 2016! I'm done taking the care of grown ass men," Brown captioned a picture of himself. "And I'm going to be hella rich after all the lawsuits I file from these crazy individuals who keep lying on my name. Happy NEW YEAR! Time for some of us to grow the f**k up!"
According to TMZ, Brown would file a defamation suit against Gutierrez soon. His representative Nicole Perna has vehemently denied all of the woman's claims, saying her charges are "unequivocally untrue." In her version, Brown took her phone when he found out she slipped it inside his private party at the Palms Casino Resort hotel room on Saturday, January 2. She also said he punched her in the eye, yelled and left.
In Perna's version, the woman "was escorted out of the private after-party at the Palms Casino Resort for being disruptive and out of control. Once she was in the hallway, while waiting for Chris Brown's security to bring out her phone, she had a total meltdown - throwing her purse to the ground and claiming that she 'could buy everyone in the hotel' - as witnessed by numerous people waiting to get into the party. The Palms Casino Resort security also saw her wild behavior via hotel security cameras and immediately came up to the hallway to escort her out of the hotel."
It was not the first time Gutierrez threw tantrum against celebrities. TMZ said she went berserk when Jason Derulo left her on the sidewalk outside a Hollywood club and invited her friends to an after-party at his home in August. She told the news outlet he made unwanted advances against the girls who left the party crying.
