The 'Cougar Town' actress calls off her relationship with the Snow Patrol star after more than a year of engagement.

Courteney Cox, 51, is a single lady again after previously being engaged to 39-year-old Johnny McDaid for 17 months. According to TMZ, the former "Friends" star broke up with the Snow Patrol member shortly before Thanksgiving.
McDaid proposed to Cox in June 2014 after six months of dating. He asked the actress' daughter Coco's permission to marry her during the kid's birthday party held at Jennifer Aniston's house. "He gave her a little diamond ring and got on his knee," she told Jimmy Kimmel. "And she said, 'Great! I'm going to camp tomorrow. Let's do it right now!' "
The couple was last seen showing PDA September 27 on Twitter as the "Cougar Town" star posted a picture of them affectionately hugging each other. It would have been the first marriage for McDaid and the second for Cox. The actress was previously married to Coco's father, David Arquette. They divorced in 2013.
