A young Taylor Swift fan's dream came true when the singer recently brought her "1989" world tour to Sydney, Australia. The fan is a 12-year-old girl named Jorja who's slowly losing her ability to hear. She always wanted to see the "Shake It Off" diva before she goes completely deaf.

According to the Maitland Mercury, Jorja was diagnosed with a condition that causes "progressive, inner-ear hearing loss." When she first found out about it, her mom told the news outlet that the first thing she said was, "I won't be able to hear Taylor Swift sing."

Jorja's twin sister, Chloe, then planned something special for her. She started a Facebook campaign using the hashtag "#HelpJorjaMeetTaylorSwiftSydney". The campaign went viral and even drew the attention of radio station Nova 96.9, which later helped turn Jorja's dream into reality.

The station took her and her sister to Swift's concert at ANZ Stadium in Sydney on Saturday, November 28. Not only did she get to hear her idol sing live, but Jorja also had a meet and greet with the 25-year-old pop superstar backstage.

After the show, the Maitland Mercury Twitter page shared a picture of Swift hugging Jorja. The Facebook campaign page was also updated with some pictures taken at the venue. "It happened tonight, Jorja met Taylor! Chloe you did it. You gave your sister the ultimate gift! Taylor gave Jorja a massive hug!" read a message accompanying the photos.
