Academy Award winner Tom Hanks has started working on "Toy Story 4". The 59-year-old actor, who lends his voice for Sheriff Woody, hinted that he, along with the team behind the movie, has started recording.

While stopping by "The Graham Norton Show" in the U.K., Hanks said, "We're now recording 'Toy Story 4'." He also said that the movie was expected to arrive in 2018. "So we're doing that and it will be out in 2018, so it takes a long time," he added. "We are working on it right now. I have a recording session on the second of December."

Hanks also shared some difficulties he encountered during recordings for previous "Toy Story" films. According to him, voicing Woody needed extra energy and made him put some ices on his diaphragm in order to make it relax again.

The upcoming animated movie will reportedly see Woody and Buzz (voiced by Tim Allen) going out to find Bo, who was missing in "Toy Story 3", and bring her back. "Toy Story 4" is also expected to bring back Don Rickles as Mr. Potato Head and Annie Potts as Bo. Directed by John Lasseter, the fourth installment of "Toy Story" movie series is due to arrive in the U.S. on June 15, 2018.
