'X-Men: Apocalypse' First Trailer Is Attached to 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens'

Producer Simon Kinberg has confirmed that the first trailer for 'Apocalypse' will arrive with the seventh episode of 'Star Wars' saga next month.

AceShowbiz - For fans who didn't watch the leaked version of "X-Men: Apocalypse" teaser, they have to wait until next month to see the first official trailer. Speaking to Collider, the film's co-writer and producer Simon Kinberg confirmed that the trailer would arrive with "Star Wars: The Force Awakens".

"I can in fact confirm that information. Our first trailer will be on 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens'," Kinbeg said. He also mentioned that the trailer would contain a lot of "cool stuff" fans can't miss. "It's our first thing out there so it is somewhat of a teaser but it's certainly longer than a minute and it has a ton of cool stuff in it," he added.

"X-Men: Apocalypse" follows the titular antagonist played by Oscar Isaac as he sets out to recruit a team of powerful mutants to vanish humanity and take over the world. Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence), Beast (Nicholas Hoult) and Professor X (James McAvoy) are teaming up to fight against the villain and save mankind from complete destruction.

ichael Fassbender, Rose Byrne, Evan Peters, Lucas Till, Alexandra Shipp, Sophie Turner, Ben Hardy, Tye Sheridan, Olivia Munn and Lana Condor are also in the lineup. Directed by Bryan Singer, the superhero movie is scheduled to be released in the U.S. on May 27, 2016.

Another Marvel movie which trailer will be attached to the seventh episode of the blockbuster movie franchise is "Captain America: Civil War".
