Did Jennifer Westfeldt reconcile with Jon Hamm and move back in with him? The actress fueled reconciliation rumors after she was caught on camera arriving at his home in Los Angeles on Tuesday, November 10. She was seen carrying several bags and a suitcase into the house.

Just earlier this week, the "Mad Men" actor and the "Friends with Benefit" actress were spotted together attending an event in Manhattan. She was seen holding his arm as they made their way into the IAC building where Diane Sawyer hosted a tribute to her late husband, director Mike Nichols.

Hamm and Westfeldt announced their separation in September after 18 years together. "With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history," they said in a joint statement. "We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible moving forward."

The couple started dating in 1997. Before the breakup, they were last seen stepping out together in July at the after-party for the "Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp" premiere in New York City. Just weeks after they split, Hamm won his first Emmy and he managed to thank his ex during the acceptance speech.
