As production continues on "Bourne 5", some new set photos have surfaced online. The photos show Matt Damon reprising his role as Jason Bourne and filming action scene on top of a building in London.
Damon was seen fighting against a bald dapper man as he held a gun to the man's neck. He was also seen holding a piece of paper while pushing the dude to the edge of the building.
Plot details of "Bourne 5" are still scarce, but Damon revealed previously that the story would take Bourne "through an austerity-riddled Europe and in a post-Snowden world." He also said that the film would be about "spying and civil liberties and the nature of democracy," and the settings would include Greece and Las Vegas.
Paul Greengrass, who helmed "The Bourne Ultimatum" and "The Bourne Supremacy", is back to direct and co-write the script with Christopher Rouse. Frank Marshall produces the action movie alongside Jeffrey Weiner, Greengrass, Damon, Greg Goodman and Ben Smith, while Rouse and Henry Morrison serve as executive producers. "Bourne 5" is slated for a release in the U.S. on July 29, 2016.
