Halle Berry filed for divorce from Olivier Martinez for second time on Wednesday, October 28. According to TMZ, the "Extant" star used her real name instead of a pseudonym this time. She also listed her estranged husband and their son's real names.

Halle previously used aliases for the divorce papers. In the documents she filed on Monday, the "X-Men" actress originally used Hal Maria, a nod to her first name "Halle" and her middle name "Maria". She listed Olivier as Oliver Martin and their son Maceo as Mac Martin. According to the site, the actress opted to use fake names for "privacy reasons."

Details in the new divorce papers are identical to the Monday filing. Halle is asking for custody based on "best interests" of Maceo. Olivier filed his own divorce petition on Tuesday.

A source tells Us Weekly of the former couple, "Things were extremely bitter with them as the marriage went on and in the end. Finally they both tried to file against each other. It was always like that, very heated and a lot of competition and battling between them. Two extreme tempers and people that love to fight."

Halle and Olivier previously said in a joint statement, "It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce. We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus for what is best for our son. We wish each other nothing but happiness in life, and we hope that you respect our, and most importantly our children's privacy, as we go through this difficult period."
