Some photos from the set of 'Luke Cage' give a first glimpse at Colter as the titular hero while also giving a look at Frankie Faison's character.

As production is underway on Netflix and Marvel's "Luke Cage", plenty of images from the set of the series have surfaced online. The photos give a first look at Mike Colter as the titular character on the set while also revealing what the Power Man does to earn some money.
Colter's Cage wears a plain red T-Shirt and a pair of denim pants as he sits next to an older gentleman outside a classic barbershop. Another image may suggest what Cage will be doing for work before he becomes a Hero for Hire. He sweeps up outside the barbershop while wearing a black uniform.
The photos also confirm another cast member for the series: actor Frankie Faison ("The Wire", "Banshee"). Faison plays the character who sits next to Cage in the photos. There is a speculation that Faison will play Pop as the two share a moment in front of "Pop's Barbershop".
Colter leads the cast that also includes Simone Missick (Misty Knight), Frank Whaley (Rafael Scarfe) and Mahershalalhashbaz Ali (Cottonmouth). It has also been confirmed that Rosario Dawson will reprise her role as Claire Temple. Cage will be introduced on "Marvel's Jessica Jones" before appearing on its own solo series in 2016.
