The 1991 recipient of Grammy Legend Award assures his fans on Twitter that he is fine after hospitalized due to breathing difficulties.

AceShowbiz - Quincy Jones assures fans on Twitter that he's OK following a health scare. The 82-year-old veteran music producer was hospitalized on Thursday, September 17 to treat his chest pains and respiratory issues after he fell ill at his home in Bel Air, California.

Hours later, Jones reached out to his online followers, "Had a little shortness of breath, but all is good. Still much to do. God Bless." His representative additionally told TMZ, "Quincy had some shortness of breath and in an abundance of caution he went in for observation. He is fine."

Quincy Jones has won 27 Golden Gramophones including a Grammy Legend Award in 1991. He worked with Frank Sinatra and Ray Charles. He's also responsible for Michael Jackson's hit albums like "Thriller", "Bad", and "Off The Wall". He was inducted into Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2013.
