Birdman is facing another legal problem related to Lil Wayne. After getting sued by the Young Money rapper over the delay of his "Tha Carter V", the Cash Money boss is reportedly being sued by producer DVLP who has collaborated with Wayne for years and now claims he hasn't been paid for his works.

DVLP who's also known as Develop is credited on three installments of "Tha Carter" album series. According to TMZ, he is demanding Birdman and Cash Money to pay him $200,000 for his works with Tunechi and other artists signed to the label.

The site also obtained a text message exchange between DVLP and Birdman, where Birdman appears to be blowing the producer off. The label boss constantly assured DVLP that he's definitely paying him, saying, "I'm getting yu paid," and, "You gone get tht 200k."

Earlier this year, Wayne sued Birdman for millions of dollars after his "Carter V" got indefinitely pushed back by Cash Money. He's been trying to get out of his contract and bring along his Young Money artists like Drake and Nicki Minaj.
