"Gotham" once again teases the "Rise of the Villains" in a poster and a banner for its upcoming season 2. Appearing alongside James Gordon (Benjamin McKenzie), Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) and other returning characters in the artworks are new villains, Theo Galvan (James Frain) and his sister Tabitha a.k.a. Tigress (Jessica Lucas).
Both new characters are also highlighted in individual pictures which are released via The Hollywood Reporter. Theo is a charming billionaire who pretends to be a hero while, fueled by old vendetta, planning to cause havoc in the Gotham City with his sister. Tabitha, meanwhile, is described as "sexy and violent..., the opposite of her cold and calculating brother, deriving a sensual pleasure from the mayhem she's tasked with making."
"Gotham" has also added Michael Chiklis to the cast for season 2 as a series regular. He will star as Captain Nathaniel Barnes, who "lands on the GCPD like a tornado, ripping out the dead wood of Gotham's police force. He is a law and order zealot; unafraid of making enemies - on either side of the law."
The new season of "Gotham" premieres Monday, September 21 at 8/7c on FOX.
