The 'Mean Girls' actress, who moved to London in 2014, says in a new interview that she 'can definitely see [herself] settling in London permanently.'

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan expresses her interest for a British citizenship in an interview with HELLO! Magazine. LiLo, who moved to London back in 2014 to star in West End play "Speed the Plow", tells the magazine, "I can definitely see myself settling in London permanently."

When asked whether she would apply for a British citizenship, the "Freaky Friday" actress replies, "If you'll have me, I will." She says moving to the U.K. help completely change her life. "I'm in a really good place," she explains, "I'm blessed to have been able to do a play in London and start a different way of life."

"New York is very fast paced and it's not like that over here for me. You grow up and change, and I'm really happy about that, as overall I feel a lot better. Moving here was a new start for me and my outlook on life is different now," she adds.

LiLo likes to explore new area of London when she has day off. "For me, I feel more comfortable working from London. And it is beautiful," the "Mean Girls" actress shares, "The architecture is incredible and the parks are so nice. I also love exploring different cities and using London as a base means I can go to more places. That's really important to me."

LiLo is currently enjoying her vacation in Monaco after her eight-year probation in reckless driving case was ended by a judge in late May.
