AceShowbiz - Big Sean will be featured on the soundtrack of the highly-anticipated movie "Terminator Genisys". The rapper has joined forces with Chinese pop star Jane Zhang for an original song called "Fighting Shadows" which will be released digitally on June 30 via Def Jam.
This is Sean's first time to contribute to a movie's soundtrack. "I have been a huge fan of [Arnold Schwarzenegger] and the 'Terminator' movies since I was a kid," Big Sean said of his involvement in a press release. "So it's especially exciting to be a part of the new film."
He added of collaborating with Zhang, "Working with Jane has been an amazing experience and I can't wait for audiences around the world to hear her song."
"Terminator Genisys" is hitting U.S. theaters on July 1. In addition to Schwarzenegger, it stars Emilia Clarke, Jason Clarke, Jai Courtney and Matt Smith.
Sean is currently on his ongoing tour, which was launched to support his latest chart-topping album, "Dark Sky Paradise".
