AceShowbiz - Kate Gosselin has sparked engagement rumors with her millionaire boyfriend Jeff Prescott. The 40-year-old reality star was spotted wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring when attending a block party hosted by TLC in Philadelphia on Saturday, May 30.
In some photos obtained by Radar Online, Kate could be seen wearing a triple-banded, jewel-encrusted ring on her left ring finger. She was all smiles while signing autograph for her fans. The "Kate Plus 8" star donned a white-and-orange print dress with her long blonde tresses straightened. She completed her look with smokey eye make-up and pink lipstick.
The site previously reported that Jeff was accused of neglecting his three children by his ex-wife Michelle Jones. In 2006 court documents obtained by the site, Michelle alleged Jeff had "infrequent" visits with their children, would frequently skip town on "business and pleasure" and "not answered his cell phone for days."
But nine years after the messy divorce, Jeff told the site that he and his ex-wife now "get along great." Jeff explained, "As for the divorce issues, most of them do not carry any merit. We went through some tough times that were short lived. Michelle and I get along great and have for a long time. Our children are great kids with awesome values as a result of having a good mother and a caring, loving father."
Michelle, meanwhile, told the site that she even gave Jeff and Kate her blessing as their relationship grew more serious. She said, "He deserves happiness."
Earlier this month, Kate and Jeff, who first met during the filming of "The Celebrity Apprentice", were spotted dining and gambling together in Philadelphia.
