The rapper will now play two B-Sides concerts on May 16 and May 17 at a yet-unannounced venue in New York.

AceShowbiz - Jay-Z's B-Sides concert to promote his Tidal is getting delayed. The rapper has just announced that the event supposed to take place in New York on May 13 will now happen on May 16. However, he has added a second show scheduled for May 17.

The venue of the upcoming dates has yet to be revealed. Hov previously promised that he would play a number of songs he's never played at his concerts or he hasn't performed in a decade during the shows.

Tidal user can win tickets to the event by creating a Tidal playlist on Twitter using the hashtag #TIDALXJAYZ. One show will also be streamed on the service for those who aren't lucky enough to get tickets.

Jay-Z acquired and re-launched Tidal back in March. While big names in music including Beyonce Knowles, Kanye West, Rihanna and Madonna are among its supporters, the service has been heavily criticized and is considered a flop.

However, Jay-Z late last month made it clear that Tidal was "doing just fine." "We have over 770,000 subs. We have been in business for less than one month," he wrote in a string of Twitter posts. "We are here for the long haul. Please give us a chance to grow & get better."
