The rebooted Spider-Man is rumored to be introduced in Marvel Cinematic Universe as The New Avengers.

The title for the new incarnation of Spider-Man may have been revealed. According to a scoop from former Latino-Review reporter Umberto Gonzales, the new webslinger is going to be re-introduced by Marvel as Spider-Man: The New Avenger.
The superhero is expected to show up first in "Captain America: Civil War" (May 6, 2016). Nat Wolff, Asa Butterfield, Tom Holland, Timothee Chalamet, and Liam James are among the rumored candidates to replace Andrew Garfield.
Another young actor is added to the casting mix. Disney star Billy Unger ("Lab Rats") is linked to the remake after his red carpet appearance at "Avengers: Age of Ultron" premiere was highlighted on Twitter by Marvel, while he himself added the hashtag #SpiderMan on Instagram.

As #BillyUnger4Spiderman emerged, Unger played it down with a tweet, "I'm not saying I'm SpiderMan.. I'm just saying that no one has ever seen me and SpiderMan in the same room together."
Besides rebooting the webslinger with Marvel, Sony is developing an untitled animated Spider-Man movie. Kevin Feige will produce the live-action project centering on Peter Parker during his high school years, while Phil Lord and Chris Miller will get involved in the animation along with "The Amazing Spider-Man" producers Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach.
