Each of the remaining eight pairs dances with Spring Break theme before they perform cute dances in groups of four.

AceShowbiz - "Dancing with the Stars" was back on Monday night, April 20, just in time to celebrate Spring Break. The remaining eight pairs danced twice, one was the individual routine and the other was a group dance.

Patti LaBelle and Artem Chigvintsev danced first that night, performing a beachy quickstep. She kicked off one of her shoes and kept dancing with one shoe on. The judges were nice to her as always. "It's the best dance so far tonight. I don't care who else comes on, no one give us more fun and entertainment but you," Len Goodman said. She earned 29 out of 40 points.

Up next was Nastia Liukin and Derek Hough. They danced a fierce tango. Bruno Tonioli said, "That is how you attack a Tango. Incredible drive and determination, you were amazing," but Len said they were "supposed to be slow and low." Julianne Hough, meanwhile, criticized their lack of a connection. Nastia earned 34 points.

Willow Shields hurt her ribs last week so she got an X-ray and the doctor revealed she got an extra rib, which is a medical abnormality she didn't know before. She and Mark Ballas danced a sassy salsa. Bruno loved the lifts, but Len said "the lifts could have been better." Carrie Ann Inaba commented, "I loved it, you kept it G rated for spring break, great job," while Julianne warned Willow about her legs. The 14-year-old actress earned 34 points.

Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson danced the jive. Carrie Ann said, "You didn't miss a step, you just missed the timing," but Len thought it was better than last week. The judges gave the "Shark Tank" star 28 points.

Noah Galloway and Sharna Burgess got into a little argument during rehearsals as Sharna pushed Noah to the edge, but they showed everything was fine between them during the performance night. They danced a romantic rumba and he got shirtless. Julianne praised his hip action, but suggested that he works on his arm movement to make it less robotic. The judges gave him 29 points.

Rumer Willis and Valentin Chmerkovskiy performed the jazz, with her mom Demi Moore cheering on her among the audience. Julianne said it was "a little underwhelming" because she had high expectation for Rumer. Bruno disagreed and called it "hot," while Carrie Ann said it lacked elegance. Len, meanwhile, thought it was too raunchy. Rumer earned 32 points.

Chris Soules and Witney Carson danced a sweeping Viennese Waltz, which Bruno dubbed "a spring awakening for Chris." The judges were singing praise for him, except for Len who said Chris' footwork went off and the dance lacked detail. The former star of "The Bachelor" earned 31 points.

Riker Lynch and Allison Holker danced an upbeat and energetic samba. It was one of the best performances of the night, with Bruno gushing, "You bring it every time to another level, I absolutely adored it." Julianne said it was fantastic, but told him to work on his legs, while Len said "it was good, not great."

Later, Team YOLO which consisted of Nastia & Derek, Willow & Mark, Noah & Sharna, and Robert & Kym performed a cute dance to "Wipeout". Len commented, "That was no wipeout, it was tight, together and terrific," and Carrie Ann added, "You guys killed it." The judges scored the dance 39, which was added to each of the pairs' individual scores.

Team Trouble which included Rumer & Val, Riker & Allison, Patti & Artem, and Chris & Witney also earned extra 39 points for their classroom-themed dance. "That was so cleverly put together, Chris, tonight is your breakthrough night," Bruno said, while Len praised Patti's performance in particular.

The veteran soul singer, however, had to hang her dancing shoes at the end of the episode as she was sent packing. Though so, she said, "I'm happy," adding that she was "honored to be here as long as I've been. I've learned so much about me. I learned I can take direction. I learned a few steps, and I made a great friend in Artem."
