The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker wore a cutout leather dress with only pink, heart-shaped pasties covering her nipples, each of which contained a letter J in honor of Joan's initials.

AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus inducted Joan Jett into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland on Saturday, April 18. At the backstage, the "We Can't Stop" singer posed alongside Joan and Paul McCartney, wearing a cutout leather dress with only pink, heart-shaped pasties covering her nipples, each of which contained a letter J in honor of Joan's initials.

Miley shared on Instagram a photo of her, Joan and Paul along with caption "F**k Yeah." The 22-year-old songstress also shared a picture of her with her pink "J" pasties. In the snap, she pouted and stuck her middle finger. "Joan's cheerleader," she wrote alongside the photo.

Fuck yeah!

Miley delivered a tribute speech to Joan at the event. "I'm going to start off this induction with the first time I wanted to have sex with Joan Jett," Miley began, as quoted by Rolling Stones, before telling a story about smoking pot with Joan prior to an appearance on Oprah Winfrey's show in 2011.

"There was so much that I could say and she just had her life in music that is rare," the former "Hannah Montana" star said of Joan. "She's had a career that's decades long. She's been the first of many things and not just as a woman, but just as a badass being on the planet."

"There isn't one other person on this planet that's been an inspiration to me like you have. Joan's music, her activism, who she is. In all of our lives, all of us are going to experience people who try to tell us who to be and what to be. F**k those people!" she continued, "Instead of changing for all those people, if you don't like how the world is, change it yourself. She made the world evolve, her life and her success is proof that we can self-evolve. I want to thank you for fighting for our freedom, Joan, and I love you so much."
