Lawyer of the 77-year-old comedian says they plan to file a motion to dismiss the defamation suit filed by Tamara Green, Therese Serignese and Linda Traitz on Friday, February 27.

AceShowbiz - Bill Cosby is seeking dismissal of defamation suit filed by his three accusers. His lawyer said on Tuesday, February 24 that they would ask a federal judge to throw out a defamation lawsuit filed by Tamara Green, Therese Serignese and Linda Traitz. They plan to file a motion in court on Friday, February 27.

Tamara filed the defamation suit against Bill in federal court in Massachusetts on December 10, 2014. Therese and Linda later joined the suit with Therese accusing Bill of drugging and raping her in 1976 and Linda alleging the comedian tried to drug her and then sexually groped her in 1970.

The three women alleged Bill defamed their "good name and reputation" when he branded them liars. They are seeking an unspecified amount of money for compensatory and punitive damages.

Lawyer for the three women told The Associated Press that Bill's motion to dismiss the suit wasn't a surprise. The lawyer will have until March 20 to file a reply to Bill's motion to dismiss the suit, while the comedian's attorney would have until April 8 to respond to them.

In related news, another former model has come forward with her story against Bill. Heidi Thomas told CNN that the 77-year-old comedian lured her to a house in Reno and sexually assaulted her in 1984.

Heidi, who was 24 at that time, got a call from Annie Maloney of JF Images to go to Reno because there was a famous person searching for young talent to mentor. At first, she was told to go to Harrah's Hotel and Casino in Reno, where Bill was performing a stand-up. But when arriving at the airport, Heidi was transported by a limo to a private house on the outskirts of town. The driver told her that a friend lent Bill their house so "he doesn't have to deal with all of the paparazzi."

When arriving at the house, she was greeted by Bill at the entrance. She performed a monologue for the comedian before he asked her to do a cold read of a person who was intoxicated. Heidi said Bill was not impressed by her acting and gave her a glass of Chablis.

Heidi said her memory of the next several hours was "foggy." She recalled waking up naked next to the comedian who was also naked in bed, "forcing himself in my mouth." She said Bill got on top of her and told her, "I'm your friend ... your friend is gonna (ejaculate) again." At that time, she was confused as to what happened and stormed out of the room. She also slammed the door behind her and apologized for being "rude."

A few months later, Heidi learned Bill was going to be in St. Louis and traveled there to meet him. She later met him backstage but couldn't talked to him about what happened in Reno because they were never alone. She told CNN, "There's another thing I wish I could explain. [The] closet thing I can say here is I just wanted to make this right ... I'm still not thinking I've been abused. I'm thinking this is all my fault."

Amid the allegations, Bill was slammed by Richard Pryor's widow, Jennifer Lee Pryor. During the podcast "Alison Rosen Is Your Next Best Friend", Jennifer compared her husband to Bill, branding the star of "The Bill Cosby Show" a "f***ing hypocrite."

"Richard was dirty on the outside, but he was a good person on the inside," Jennifer said, "Bill, f**k. Clean. Oh, 'clean.' He hated Richard because he 'worked dirty.' Bill worked clean, so therefore, you know-Bill's just a f***ing hypocrite, and dirty on the inside."

She added, "It was a well-kept secret that Bill f***ed everything that moved. This kind of s**t that we're finding out about is beyond. I wasn't aware of this kind of business. There are people in the business who were aware of it and they're coming out now."

During the interview, Jennifer also insisted that Bill's wife Camille knew about his scandal all along. "Of course she knew. Why is she going for the 'okie-doke,' as Richard would say? That's anybody's guess." She then added of Bill's state of career, "He's done. Yea. He's done."
