Rae Sremmurd's 'SremmLife' becomes the only new entry in the top 10, landing at No. 5 with 49,000 units.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift's "1989" once again rules Billboard 200. The album is now spending its ninth non-consecutive week atop the chart after selling additional 155,000 equivalent units that include 111,000 pure album sales and 44,000 copies in track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA).

"1989" has now sold a total of 3.94 million copies, very close to becoming Swift's another full-length to sell 4 million. All of its predecessors, from 2006's "Taylor Swift" to 2012's "Red", have surpassed the 4 million mark.

Next on Billboard 200, Ed Sheeran's "X" rises to No. 2 with 76,000 (34,000 of which are pure album sales) to replace Nicki Minaj's "The Pinkprint" that this week falls to No. 3 with 60,000 copies sold.

Sam Smith's "In the Lonely Hour" stays at No. 4 with 57,000. Rae Sremmurd's "SremmLife" becomes the only new entry in the top 10. The rap duo's debut LP opens at No. 5 with 49,000 units. 34,000 of those come from pure album sales.

Hozier's self-titled set keeps its position steady at No. 6 with 49,000 units. Trailing behind is J. Cole's "2014 Forest Hills Drive" which is also a non-mover, sitting at No. 7 with 45,000. The "Guardians of the Galaxy" soundtrack, meanwhile, slips three rungs to No. 8 with 35,000 that are made up entirely of traditional album sales.

Closing out the top 10 are One Direction's "FOUR" (No. 9 with 32,000) and Ariana Grande's "My Everything" (No. 10 with 28,000).
