A new trailer for Neill Blomkamp-directed movie "Chappie" has been released. Arriving online on Friday, January 9, the trailer teases more of the plot and shows completely different scenes from the first trailer. In the new video, Hugh Jackman and Sigourney Weaver can be seen hunting the titular robot.

The trailer starts with news announcing the deployment of a group of police robots. Dev Patel can be seen playing a scientist who sees thinking, feeling robot is "a new step in evolution." He helps Chappie learn anything just like a child. The robot watches "He-Man", excitedly reads books and paints in the trailer. "Anything you wanna do in your life, you can do. Wrote poetry, has original ideas...," Patel says.

Patel's happy moments with the robot, however, end after Jackman notices the special robot's existence. "I think the robot could be the end of mankind. Destroy that robot, burn it to ash," Weaver says. The trailer also sees the difficulties which Chappie faces in real life as he lives with human.

Sharlto Copley voices Chappie. Other cast members include Ninja and Yolandi Visser, members of South African rap group Die Antwoord. It is set to arrive in U.S. theaters on March 6.
