Olivia Wilde has scary eyes in the first still from "The Lazarus Effect". Arriving via Entertainment Weekly on Monday, January 5, the creepy photo from the horror movie sees Wilde having red eyes. Wearing a plain-looking white top, she holds a device pointed at her head.

"The Lazarus Effect", also starring Mark Duplass ("The League"), Donald Glover ("Community"), Evan Peters ("X-Men: Days of Future Past") and Sarah Bolger ("Once Upon a Time"), tells the story of a group of medical students who find a way to bring subjects back from the dead. The method, however, has some consequences. Directed by David Gelb ("Jiro Dreams of Sushi"), it is set to arrive in U.S. theaters on February 27.

"The reason I love to do low-budget movies is you can try different things... have creative freedom and experiment, like our characters," producer Jason Blum told EW of why he chose to do the project.

"The most important thing to make a movie scary is that you forget you're watching actors, and you think you're watching real people," he added, commenting on the cast members who don't usually star in horror movies. "So I think if the audience sees someone they don't necessarily associate with that genre, it make it feel more real."
