Aaron Paul Reacts to 'Star Wars' Spin-Off Rumor on Twitter

The 'Breaking Bad' actor takes to Twitter to comment on rumors suggesting that he would take part in a 'Star Wars' spin-off focusing on Han Solo.

AceShowbiz - Several days after being linked to "Star Wars" spin-off, %cAaron Paul% took to Twitter to comment on the rumor. The "Breaking Bad" star was previously reported to take part in an untitled stand-alone Star Wars film about Han Solo, but he is not necessarily set for the iconic role. In response to the story, Paul took to Twitter over the weekend, writing, "Who's starting these rumors? This one is actually making me believe I have a job in 2015. Very exciting. #StarWars."

In late December, Making Star Wars which usually has good scoop regarding the movie reported the actor's involvement in the upcoming movie. "Today's information comes from a friend that did give us legit 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' set photos and more," wrote Making Star Wars' editor-in-chief Jason Ward.

According to Ward, the movie has "Luminac Industrial Goods" as the code name. "Aaron Paul is looking to be attached to the first 'Star Wars' spin-off film in some fashion. There was no direct implication he was playing Han Solo," the report added.

In early 2014, three "Star Wars" spin-off movies which are not related to the main movies were announced. Fans are now waiting for "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" which is set to arrive in U.S. theaters on December 18, 2015. %cHarrison Ford%, %cMark Hamill% and %cCarrie Fisher% reprise their role as Han Solo, Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia respectively. They are joined by other cast members which include %cAndy Serkis%, %cJohn Boyega%, %cDaisy Ridley%, %cOscar Isaac% and %cAdam Driver%.
