Bikinis Sports Bar and Grill CEO Doug Guller is slammed by Twitter users for offering a waitress a breast augmentation and firing another female employee for refusing to wear a bikini on television.

AceShowbiz - The end of "Undercover Boss" usually shows the boss' humanity and wisdom by giving appreciation to the hard-working employees, but the star of the latest episode may have just given an example of a bad leader. The CBS reality series has landed in hot water after showing Texas chain Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill CEO Doug Guller who exploits his female employees' sexuality for the popularity of his "breastaurant."

In the episode which aired Sunday, December 28, Guller offered a 23-year-old waitress a breast augmentation in addition to promoting her. The girl had earlier revealed her desire to have breast augmentation surgery. The said employee admitted that she had been fired four to five times before for showing up to work late as she didn't like her bosses.

Meanwhile, another female employee was terminated at the end of the show after refusing to wear her uniform, a bikini top, on television. When asked why she wasn't wearing a bikini, she said she didn't feel comfortable wearing it on television.

The boss' unfair treatment to the employees has since caused uproar on Twitter. One user named Chris wrote, "Wow. Guessing you didn't screen this episode for anyone before airing? #ShameOnYou #undercoverboss." Kelly Windecker added, "Is everyone that cbs asleep? Is anyone looking at Twitter? Epic fail. #undercoverboss."

AJ Brennan was also bothered by the episode, tweeting, "If I was a millionaire I would walk into every Bikinis and pay those girls to get an education and boycott that dumb f**k. #undercoverboss." Another tweep with username Klondog slammed Guller for firing "a girl for wanting a better life" and buying "a girl implants for her 'hard work'!"

A Facebook page was even set up to ban the company and an online petition on Change.org was launched to urge CBS to apologize for the episode. The network, however, seemed to be oblivious to the criticism as it tweeted, "What a wonderful moment on #UndercoverBoss! #TryNotToCry," after airing the episode.
