Prince has given his "ANOTHERLOVE" a lyric video treatment. Premiered on Billboard on Tuesday, December 23, the clip features numerous shots from the iconic singer's 8-minute performance with his band 3RDEYEGIRL on "Saturday Night Live" a few weeks ago.

The original "ANOTHERLOVE" was written by Alice Smith, Rebecca Jordan and Reginald "Syience" Perry for Smith's album "She". Prince recorded a cover of the tune with 3RDEYEGIRL for their joint album "PLECTRUMELECTRUM".

Unlike the original, Prince's "ANOTHERLOVE" is a slow-tempo soul ballad. Mid-song, he sings some lines that don't appear in Smith's version. "I used to think I was so much fun/ Now I'm just the guilty one/ Everything we used 2 share/ Our clothes and even our hair," he croons.

"PLECTRUMELECTRUM" arrived earlier this year along with Prince's solo album "ART OFFICIAL AGE". Both albums debuted inside the top 10 of Billboard 200.
