AceShowbiz - Britney Spears has proven rumors that her Women's Health cover was photoshopped were wrong in a newly released behind-the-scenes video of the photoshoot. In the video, Britney's abs look as toned as she's seen in her jaw-dropping photo.

Sources involved with the photoshoot tell TMZ that the "Baby One More Time" hitmaker's facial changes in the photo, including a slimmer nose and more defined cheek bones, are the result of a simple contouring.

Britney shared on Instagram on Tuesday, December 16 another photo from her Women's Health spread. In the photo, the "Sometimes" singer showed off her toned abs in a purple long-sleeved crop top and black panties.

In an interview with the magazine, Britney reveals secret of her fit physique. "Dancing is a great cardio workout," she says, "Tough and fun at the same time." She adds that she did routine workouts to stay in shape. "I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio - usually running - move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, and situps, then finish it off with a stretch."

Britney admits that she always watches what she eats. "I'm really into raw food - sushi basically," she shares, adding that she does enjoy snacks like Nut Thins and "any kind of fruit."
