Harry Styles did not send tons of roses to Taylor Swift to congratulate her for her new album's massive success. Styles talked about the rumor of him sending his ex 1989 roses when he stopped by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" alongside his One Direction bandmates on Friday, November 21.

"So Harry, I need to find this out because this a rumor. I don't know if you're going to answer me or not because you have so many rumors," Ellen DeGeneres said to the 20-year-old singer. After Styles said he would reply, the host continued, "Here's the latest rumor, that you gave Taylor Swift 1,989 roses because of her 1989 album doing well. Do you know anything about that rumor?"

"I don't. I know nothing about the rumor. I don't know anything about the roses. I think it might have been someone else and I may have falsely taken [the credit]," he answered. "You got credit for being romantic like that," DeGeneres commented.

Swift is now enjoying the success of her new album "1989". The set, which has spawned some hits like "Shake It Off" and "Blank Space", has sold 2 million copies so far. The British/Irish band has just released their fourth album "FOUR" which is estimated to top Billboard 200 chart with 400,000 sold. They also dropped a music video for "Night Changes" on Friday.
