The latest teaser continues the previous promo which features President Fitz trying to reach Olivia by phone.

ABC has given a clue to the biggest question on "Scandal" in a new promo for the upcoming season 4. "Where on Earth is Olivia Pope?" so reads a tagline in the teaser, as Olivia and Jake flew somewhere only they knew in last season finale.
The teaser sees Oliva's empty apartment and office, while President Fitz tries to call her. The video then switches to show Olivia relaxing on a beautiful beach away from Washington, D.C. while sipping a glass of wine.
A previous promo video features Fitz making the phone call which goes unanswered.
"Scandal" returns Thursday, September 25 at 9 P.M. on ABC. The first episode tittled "Randy, Red, Superfreak and Julia" picks up two months after the events in the season 3 finale.
The official synopsis reads, "Nearly two months after Olivia and Jake boarded a private jet to stand in the sun together, everything has changed. With another four years in the White House, Fitz and Cyrus are doing everything they can to make a positive impact on the nation. Meanwhile, Mellie struggles to cope with the loss of her son and the gladiators feel the impact of Olivia's absence."
