Alec Baldwin has been captured on camera having a heated conversation with a police officer following an angry encounter with a paparazzo. In a video posted by TMZ, the "30 Rock" star can be seen talking to a police officer with raised voice. The clip reportedly was taken on Sunday, August 31 in a park in East Hampton.

A source close to the actor explained that the star's outburst started when he and his family were approached by a paparazzo who allegedly once called his wife a b***h and a w***e. Seeing the photographer approaching his wife and baby daughter made Baldwin really angry, the source said.

A police officer who happened to be nearby reportedly tried to calm him down. The officer then called backups when his attempt was fruitless. Another officer eventually succeeded in making Baldwin and the photographer shake hands before leaving the scene.

The photographer named Matt also shared his side of story. According to Matt, he was taking photos of Baldwin and his family from some distance when Hilaria screamed at him. Matt claimed that Baldwin pushed and shoved him. The actor wasn't arrested because he did not want to press charge, Matt continued.

Baldwin recently was told by a judge to "be a good boy" following his arrest for disorderly conduct. Back in May, he was stopped by police for biking the wrong way and he allegedly bad-mouthed the officer during arrest. In a July 24 court session, the judge said the case would be dismissed if he could stay out of trouble for the next six months.

"Can you stay out of trouble, Alexander?" the judge asked Baldwin who replied, "Sure, sure." The judge added, "Be a good boy from now on. Have a good day!"
