A concertgoer who was slapped by Tim McGraw during his show in Atlanta threatens to sue the singer. The slap victim, Jesslyn Taylor, has hired Eric Hertz as her lawyer to represent her and contact the country music singer's camp.

According to Hertz who is a Georgia personal injury attorney, Taylor wasn't trying to grab McGraw's crotch when the "Highway Don't Care" hitmaker slapped her. The attorney tells TMZ that she was just an enthusiastic fan who was part of the show's "interactive environment" and wanted a touch.

Hertz adds that Taylor felt humiliated as she was deemed aggressive and was thrown out of the concert. She demands an apology or else she will file a personal injury lawsuit.

McGraw's reps have not responded to the fan's request. Cops allegedly tell the site that that they believe McGraw's the victim.

Earlier this month, McGraw quickly addressed his action after footage of the slap incident made its way out on the web. A rep for Faith Hill's husband explained, "Tim was singing out in the audience and someone firmly grabbed onto his leg and wouldn't let go as he was moving through the crowd He instinctively swatted to try to keep them from ripping his jeans, and so he could get to more fans who could slap hands with him before the end of the show."
