Emeli Sande, Ed Sheeran, The Band Perry and the Zac Brown Band have also made contributions to the upcoming box set that includes a Live at Hammersmith 1973 CD and a DVD of Bryan Forbes' 1973 film "Elton John and Bernie Taupin Say Goodbye to Norma Jean and Other Things" .
