"The Vampire Diaries" star Paul Wesley is now free to remarry. His divorce from actress Torrey DeVitto has been finalized and he was victorious in taking most of the money from their joint account.

According to TMZ, Wesley made way more than DeVitto, who also appeared on the CW series. They signed a prenup that kept their earnings separate. The prenup stated that Wesley gets all the money he put up front for the purchase of their home. He chipped in $730,593 while she put in a measly $10,000.

The divorce also granted Wesley the Prius, the Triumph Bonneville chopper and an Audi Q5. She got an Audi A4.

Wesley and DeVitto met in 2007 on the set of "Killer Movie". They were married in April 2011 but split two years later in July. "Paul and Torrey have decided to amicably split. They will continue to remain good friends," a rep for the actor said at that time. They have no children together.

Rumors have been circulating that Wesley is now dating "The Originals" star Phoebe Tonkin and has even looked for an apartment in NYC to shack up with her.
