AceShowbiz - It's Team Adam Levine vs. Team Christina Aguilera on "The Voice" showdown next week. The two coaches brought their proteges to the finals of the reality TV singing competition's fifth season, ending Blake Shelton's winning streak after three straight triumphs.
After saved by the final Twitter vote last week, it's no surprise that James Wolpert of Team Adam got the lowest number of votes on Tuesday night, December 10. He was instantly eliminated, followed later by Cole Vosbury of Team Blake.
While Christina sent Jacquie Lee to the finals, Adam has a bigger chance to get his second win on the show as he will be represented by Tessanne Chin and Will Champlin. The former is arguably the strongest contestant on the competition so far. Cee-Lo Green, meanwhile, had earlier lost his chance to claim a win after his last protege Caroline Pennell was eliminated in week 4 of the live shows.
For the musical performances, "The Voice" brought back former contestants from season 4 namely the Swon Brothers, runner-up Michele Chamuel and last season winner Danielle Bradbery.
